Based at Virginal and Nivelles, Idempapers was born from a management buy-out project of the activities of Arjowiggins Belgium. Initiated by Francis Tans, the company is now independent (the largest in Walloon Brabant!) and managed by its shareholders. It offers a dynamic SME structure combined with the experience of a long history of paper making bringing together service, quality and flexibility.

This dynamic is sustained by a highly qualified and experienced staff of more than 400 employees dedicated to providing a quality product.

Animated by the values of customer focus, sense of responsibility, openness to change, teamwork, integrity and respect, Idempapers has developed a strategy of continuous improvement and innovation in partnership with its customers.

Idempapers has an organization focused on the customer, orientated on the markets and their characteristics. Business activities are organized around two poles: carbonless paper on the one hand and specialty papers on the other.

Production activities are structured around two paper machines (PM3 & PM4) and a finishing department supported by a maintenance department backed by a powerful CMMS. Safety, quality, environment, energy and operational handling departments complete the operational axis.

These activities are supported by six cross departments: Supply Chain & Customer Service, Purchasing, R & D and Technology, IT, Finance and Human Resources & Communication.
